What I Do
1:1 Executive CoachingTogether we'll create a safe space for you to explore what really matters to you.For a limited time I am offering virtually free/pro bono coaching (subject to capacity) in return for a nominal fee and honest feedback to help me develop my coaching skills.I am available for in-person coaching sessions in central or east Berlin and for Zoom-based sessions.Examples of areas we might spend time on include:- Becoming a more impactful and inspiring leader- Defining and evolving your leadership style- Communicating and influencing others effectively- Leading through change and fostering innovation- Building stronger executive presence- Navigating complex and changing organisational dynamics- Processing and reflecting on feedback you’ve received- Preparing for challenging conversations- Finding a better work-life balance and reducing stress- Planning your career growth and making successful transitions- Building resilience and learning from challenges
About Me
For the last 29 years I've worked in some of the worlds biggest organisations leading building and leading teams to shape some of the products and content services you use today.After 9 years as a BBC News TV and web journalist, I made a career pivot into product management in 2006. Since then, I've led product development on BBC News on mobile, the London 2012 Olympics and BBC Sports apps, CBeebies and CBBC games and apps, Zalando’s inspirational and entertainment products and - most recently - dictionary, translation and sports on Google Search.These roles have enabled me to meet and collaborate with amazing people from around the world, in multiple countries and remote/hybrid/multi timezone set-ups. This has given me a real appreciation of the challenge of aligning personal needs and values to the requirements of organisations and the people we work with.I believe there is a way for us to to forge a path for ourselves which feels honest to who we are and what we need - whilst also driving impact and positive influence within our organisations.I’ve been a long time mentor and started my journey into coaching in january 2025 when I started the Henley Business School Professional Certificate for Executive Coaching. I completed this certification - which provides 70+ hours of coaching training - successfully in November 2025.I am currently working towards International Coaching Federation accreditation and ascribe to their code of ethics in my coaching practice.View my Linked In profile and connect with me here.
